Globalization, technological revolution, financialization of economy, everything is constantly moving faster. Everyone is in competition with all others. Goods, people and information always move more freely. Professions evolve and always become more complex.
2 – New challenges
To resist the constraints of this unavoidable mechanism of acceleration and the challenges of this worldwide competition, an individual at work need to demonstrate:
- more rapidity, more agility, and more flexibility to adapt oneself, to choose, to implement, to innovate, and to communicate
- more curiosity and more understanding to integrate the complexity of technologies and economic phenomenon
- more efficiency in the quality and the quantity of his work performance
- more compassion and assertiveness in the relationship with others
3 – Conquer these challenges
Not to work MORE but to work DIFFERENTLY: work with more happiness and work to create more favorable conditions of this happiness for others.
